For service to be provided the user must be at least 18 years of age.  It is also important, but not required, to have active email and paypal accounts. It usually takes 2 day for any insurance plan to take place, we are not liable for protection issues within this time period. If you have an questions about why this is, or anything else, please submit a support ticket.

 For service to be provided to any customer on this site they must agree to not distribute and/or redistribute any product, service, image, or any form of this site or its content in any way possible.  All content will be checked for reproduction, and be made sure that no content is the same (as well as all services will have unique features to them).  Violation of this could end up in your account being suspended, in which chase insurance will not be supplied during the suspension.

Different insurance packages offer different services, trying to cheat the system will result in an account suspension.  Depending on the magnitude of the crime your account may be terminated.  Some examples of the previously stated include:  trying to use site insurance on more domains than comes with the package you have purchased. 

In the event of agreeing to these terms (which is required before making any purchases) you agree to also help in the protection of your website, such as not giving out information about your website; such as who's hosting it, what your password is, or any other act which could give vital information to the wrong people.  We will no ask for any of the previously stated information about your website, which includes everyone who works or even claims to work for us at SiteSupport.

No purchases will be refunded or compromised if in violation of these terms.  All accounts and newsletter subscriptions may be discontinued by either the user or SiteSupport at any time.  We may Remove the user’s account or suspend the user’s account without warning, however in most cases there will be a notice and/or warning sent to the offending user through email if they are in violation of these terms.  It is important to us to become friends and establish a good relationship between ourselves and our users.  Feel free to send help requests or email us about concerns at anytime as a customer.

In no way shall the agreer of these terms break these terms in any way.  Impressive speech of any kind will not be tolerated by the owner of this site.   Furthermore it is important to understand that there are no actual services provided.  If your website is actually harmed, damaged, hacked, infected, or falls under any other service that we claim to provide we will take no action, and have no responsibility towards your website.    All money received by this site has been given by the agreer of these terms' free will.   As these terms are very important we ask that you reread them carefully to prevent legal action from being taken.

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and/or Disclaimer may be updated at any time; it is the user’s responsibility to check these regularly to avoid any problems.
